Greenhouse Herb Gardening for Profit

I am in the process of building a greenhouse and have ordered herb seeds.

I will have many different types for flavor and aroma.

Since these will be in a controlled greenhouse environment, should I wait till after the frost, or can I start the growing process during winter months?

(Will be selling plants and cuttings)
