Natural Kidney Stones Treatment & Remedies
By Ben Branklin

First, the Causes:

Some of the causes for kidney stones are wrong dietary habits, drinking an insufficient amount of liquids, infection and obstruction in the urinary tract, certain diseases involving the intestinal tract, and other diseases such as gout, ect.

Many patients develop kidney stones without any apparent cause. For some reason, people living in the southeastern United States are much more likely to develop kidney stones than those living in other parts of the country.

The Symptoms

Severe pain in the back, lower abdomen or groin is the most common symptom. If this pain is not relieved, nausea and vomiting will develop. The urine may turn a dark orange or reddish color.

If the stones are in the urinary bladder there may be a great desire to urinate, but without success. If urination stops, a catheter must be used. The amount of discomfort ranges from mild intermittent ache to sever unrelenting pain.

The Natural Way

In order to prevent the formation of kidney stones, a very high fluid intake of 2 to 4 quarts a day is necessary. This will keep the urine dilute and prevent the formation of stones.
