i have used the parsley tea and vitamin C method while i was 7 days late, i am never late! i drank 3-5 cups of parsley tea through out the day along with a 500mg vitamin C tablet every hour (careful not to exceed 6000mg in a day) and used a sprig of parsley as a pessary. It worked for me in 2 days. just be aware of the facts availible online. Everything i read about it said its the most effective within the first 5weeks of a missed peirod. i hope this helps you.

Emmenagogue

I'm sorry I can't help you - if anything went wrong, it could be such trouble.

All I can say, is please read the emmenagogue herbs page - it gives you information that is freely available.

I have never needed an abortificant - many sources shy away from giving details - look at the strong section, then do some further research.

Hopefully you will start menstruation, but if you don't, then you need to see a doctor quickly.

Can anybody else out there help with some specific advice and methods they've used?
