It's important to give herbs a rinse before you use them. If you're going to freeze them, then they need to be dry before you pop them into bags.
You can do this by patting dry with kitchen roll, but it's easier to use one of these lovely little herb spinners.
It's also good as a salad spinner for small quantities or drying fruit after you've washed it.
The gentle action will make sure that nothing gets bruised whilst it's being dried.
